Whether you use our Smart Builder or send us a direct message, everything starts with a conversation. One of our team members will review your needs and respond personally with a detailed quote tailored to your goals and budget.

Approval & Deposit

Love the quote? Great! If you decide to move forward, we will send you a formal Buyer's Order and a request for a deposit. This locks in your pricing and secures your spot in our build queue.

Parts Ordering & The Build

Once your deposit is received, we order your specific components immediately. Your build begins as soon as parts arrive. Our team will communicate with you along the way, sending updates (and maybe a sneak peek photo!) as your machine comes to life.

Delivery & Setup

It's launch day! We'll coordinate a pickup or delivery time. You'll receive your PC exactly how you want it—whether that's "Factory Fresh" or fully "Plug & Play" (see below for details).

Choose Your Setup Experience

Best for: Tech-savvy users who want full control.

Just like buying a new PC from a big-box store. When you turn it on, you will see the "Hello" welcome screen.

  • What You Do: Create your own Microsoft account, set up privacy settings, and install your own games.
  • What I Do: Hardware assembly, cable management, BIOS updates, and pre-installation of all internal drivers (WiFi, Bluetooth, Graphics) so everything works the moment you log in.

Best for: Gifts, parents, and gamers who want to play immediately.

Zero setup required. I handle the boring stuff so you don't have to.

  • What You Do: Plug it in, press the power button, and click the game icon on the desktop.
  • What I Do: Setup a secure Offline Local Account (no passwords/email required), pre-install game launchers (Steam, Epic, Battle.net), and run a final "Game-Ready" validation test.

Quality & Policy

To keep your build cost as low as possible, your PC includes a Free Installation of Windows 11 Home.

Is it legitimate? Yes. It is the official Windows 11 operating system directly from Microsoft.

Is it fully functional? Yes. You receive all security updates, patches, and gaming performance features.

What is the catch? Because it is an unactivated license, you will see a small transparent watermark in the bottom corner of the screen, and "Personalization" (changing wallpaper colors) is locked.

Can I upgrade? Absolutely. You can purchase a license key directly from Microsoft in your Settings menu at any time—but it is not required to play games.

*If you prefer a fully activated license included with your build, just let me know, and I can add a genuine OEM Key to your invoice for +$110.
